My visit to the Highlands was too long ago. I may have to pull up my armchair beside yours and check out your first recommendation.
I'm trying to learn more about my Scots heritage, so I will add the first cookbook to my library list, also. Now I just have to find a great book of Celtic folk tales.

She was her own highlander too, otherwise known as John.

If you save enough to get over there, i will be your tour guide as i am always looking for an excuse to go visit.
